We ship most products throughout the United States. Plants are available for delivery within Florida only.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the size and weight of your order. Small, lightweight packages may qualify for free shipping, while larger or heavier orders may have a shipping charge.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
To request a return, please email 1SavvySoap@gmail.com your order number and reason for the return. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Product Care & Information
Crochet Items
Our crochet items are handmade with care. To help them last:
Machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle, preferably inside a mesh laundry bag.
Do not use bleach or harsh detergents.
Gently reshape while damp.
Air dry flat. Do not wring, twist, or use high heat.
Avoid ironing unless the care label specifically allows it.
Plants
Care instructions are provided with each plant you purchase. Since every plant has different light, watering, soil, and temperature needs, please follow the instructions included with your specific plant.
Cottage Food Products
Our eligible homemade food products are prepared under Florida’s Cottage Food Law. Products are made in a home kitchen and are intended to be shelf-stable and not require refrigeration for safety.
Food products are labeled with required information, including ingredients, allergens, net weight, and the applicable cottage-food disclaimer. Cottage food items are sold directly to customers and shipped only where permitted under current Florida requirements.
Important:Â Product eligibility, labeling, sales limits, tax requirements, and shipping rules may change. We follow current guidance from the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and recommend reviewing official requirements before selling each food product.
