Program Overview
Our Jar Return Program helps cut down on waste while rewarding you for reusing. Simply send back your empty, clean jars in good condition. We’ll sanitize and refill them, keeping them in circulation and out of landfills. For every eligible jar you return, you’ll earn store credit that you can use on future purchases.

How to Prepare Your Box for Return
1. Rinse each jar thoroughly with warm water to remove any remaining product, if its a candle jar gentle simmer your jars in water to melt any remaining wax, discard wick end.
2. Let the jars air dry completely so there’s no moisture inside.
3. Check each jar for cracks or chips and only include jars in good condition.
4. Place the jars upright in a sturdy box with enough room for padding.
5. Add padding (paper, cardboard, or other recyclable material) between jars so they don’t touch.
6. Fill any empty spaces so the jars can’t move around during shipping.
7. Seal the box securely with tape on all seams.
8. Add your return label and any required slip, then your box is ready to ship!
Packing Slip Instruction
What to Include on Your Packing Slip
Please make sure your packing slip includes the following details so we can process your jar return and rewards quickly:
1. Your full name (first and last).
2. Your order number (if available).
3. The email address you used to place your order.
4. Your return shipping address.
5. The number of jars you’re returning.
6. Any special notes (for example, if some jars are damaged or if this is part of multiple returns).
Place this slip inside the box on top of your jars before sealing it.
Shipping Info
If you return 6 or more jars in a single shipment, we’ll cover your return shipping. You’ll receive a prepaid return label from us once we confirm your return request.
To receive your free return label for 6+ jars, email us at 1savvysoap@gmail.com with your order number and the number of jars you’re returning. We’ll send your prepaid label within 1–2 business days.
If you return fewer than 6 jars, you’ll be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once your package arrives, we’ll inspect your jars within 5–7 business days and then apply any eligible rewards to your account.
When you participate in our Jar Return Program, you’ll earn a 10% off reward on a future purchase. Once we receive and inspect your returned jars, we’ll apply your 10% discount to your account or send you a unique code you can use at checkout on your next order.
Reward Details
If you return 15 or more jars in a single shipment, you’ll earn an extra reward: 20% off your next purchase. Once we receive and inspect your jars, we’ll apply your 20% discount to your account or send you a unique code to use at checkout
